Orders
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hollydwellness.com.
For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened and unused body lotions may be returned. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all tags intact. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used body lotion products due to health and safety regulations.
Products
We are dedicated to using only natural, organic ingredients. Because of this commitment to purity, some products may soften or melt in warmer temperatures. This is a normal characteristic of our carefully chosen ingredients and does not impact their effectiveness.
To maintain optimal texture, keep products at room temperature and refrigerate if needed.
Because we are using real ingredients and zero chemicals, there is the possibility that some product batches will have a slight variation in color. Like wine, every harvest is different!
