Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hollydwellness.com.
For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened and unused body lotions may be returned. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all tags intact. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used body lotion products due to health and safety regulations.
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a damaged or defective body lotion, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require clear photos of the damaged or defective product to assist in processing a replacement or refund. In cases of damage during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges or refunds.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, open or used body lotion products cannot be returned.
Holly D Inc. is not responsible for any damage or reactions that occur after the item has been delivered to the customer, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, or misuse. By purchasing our products, you agree to use them in accordance with the provided instructions and at your own risk.
